About the Role
Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Senior Level Associate to join our remote team. This role offers flexible hours with a workload of 5 hours per week, distributed across Monday to Friday. The Associate will play a crucial role in client acquisition and management, offering a unique opportunity to grow with the company. Compensation is performance-based, ranging from $15 to $22 per hour, per client, with no cap on the number of clients you can manage.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition and Management:
Actively seek out and acquire new clients.
Manage and maintain client relationships.
Business Documentation Analysis:
Review and analyze clients' business paperwork and registration documents.
Offer recommendations for compliance and operational efficiency.
Strategic Planning and Consulting:
Assist clients in developing long-term goals and business strategies.
Provide strategic consultation to client leadership.
Social Media Oversight:
Manage and strategize clients' social media presence using our centralized system.
Align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
Client Support and Issue Resolution:
Address and resolve client concerns.
Maintain high client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Mentorship Role:
Guide and mentor interns and junior-level associates.
Foster a learning and collaborative environment within the team.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in business development, client management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of business legalities and documentation.
Proficient in strategic planning and business consulting.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Skilled in social media management and digital marketing.
